I’ve read an entire 356-page book, only to have gotten the one thing that I needed to make the difference in the first chapter.
Was it worth reading the other three hundred and nine pages? Yes, I got the one thing and ensured that I got everything from the writing.
I’ve done that multiple times. Have you ever done that?
Why did I share that? To be clear that we’re on the same page. I don’t have time to waste, and I’m sure you don’t either, so let’s get to the ONE-THING(s) that will make the difference!
Yesterday I asked you to take 5 minutes to think about how you want this year to be different?
Today I have another question that should be answered to get the results you want.
How can we align what you want with what you’re doing? I don’t just mean you when I say you; I mean everyone in your organization who impacts the outcome you desire.
As I ask this question, I don’t fully expect this process to benefit you enough to put your HOPE into ACTION.
Why? Because I’m not making it clear how you can apply what I’m asking, AND I’m not holding you accountable for the outcome.
So, why did I do this? To see if this matters to you, and now that we’re both clear, that it does. Tomorrow I will make sure you understand how to take the ONE-THING and transfer it into actionable steps that can transform your way of being.
